    Live is not working


    I entered my Xbox live code and it came up with an error. I can't remember precisely which one it was, seeing as I dismissed the notification. I then clicked on redeem code again and it says 'code already redeemed'. I was like, okay, it's on my account.
    I checked and I'm still not on live. I entered it again and again but it keeps saying the same thing. It's really annoying me now.

    Must have been a glitch in the matrix ....

    Just noticed , on the front page of dash ._ live not working , it may be our end .

    Posting from Ps4 , as I/E requires gold .Lol

    What subscription is it specifically?

    What exactly is the error message are you getting there? May I also know the device/platform you're using specifically?

    Please check on https://account.microsoft.com/services if your subscription is currently active. Then visit https://account.xbox.com/Profile if it shows the same gamertag you're using on your app or console to make sure you're using it with your correct account.
