    LIVE is not accepting my Paypal account anymore.


    My last purchase was two weeks ago.

    I never had a problem with it before, but since last week I can't buy anything. It just keep saying that it's unavailable and to try again later....

    I spent the entire past week trying to buy the deal of the week but couldn't. And even now, the same problem still occurs.

    Anyone having similar trouble?

    Hey BillCrush.

    Can you clarify by what you mean by "authority"? When you link your PayPal account to your Xbox Live account you accepting access for future purchases. Your personal information is still store via PayPal, but you still need to sign in with your PayPal account.

    same here, i could on July 30, but now i cannot, i removed my paypal account because i could not make any purchase with it.

    I cannot add paypal account anymore? is there something with our account?

    I live in Indonesia.

    i tried with my sister who live in US, but same result, so it's not about ip address

    If you log into Sign in to your Microsoft account, can you see it as a valid payment option?

    Could you try removing and re-adding it as a payment method through that page?

    XBOX Live account really sucks. Neither my VISA is accepted nor the paypal account. Both are working perfectly everywhere except here. I called several times the customer support but the had no answer.

    I'm sorry if im doing this wrong, its my first time posting on this site. But im having the same problem as rLyncher. I havent changed locations since i setup my paypal or xbox live account so all the information is the same for both accounts. I just added
    paypal as a payment method and tried to buy a gold membership. But it will not accept when i try to use my paypal purchase anything.
