    LIVE Gold subscription stopped early


    East coast us player , on Sunday August 28 2014 my subscription ended at 9:30 est when the date was supposed to be Monday, September 29, 2014. now i could understand a PST time , but still this was way ahead of the time . are we not getting the full 3 months
    for our use of a subscription card ? seeing i was unable to get a card at the store i normally get it due to being apparently sold out . and i only get to use it on the weekends so i accounted for all use for Sunday for my account . my account shows good standing
    though now a silver account .

    i would like to know how paying for 3 months doesnt give you 3 months , thank you .

    Hi there. If you are on a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, and it is before the end of the two years, you are effectively canceling the subscription and will be charged an Early Termination Fee (see

    So that explains why the subscription ended early. When you subscribe to the Game Pass Ultimate with Live Gold active in your account your subscription is converted to Game Pass Ultimate and a conversion fee is applied.
