Live Gold Subscription does not work even valid till 7th of February 2017

xDark Endingx - Yes, I have Gold subscription till Feb, 2017

I already contacted EA and they told me that it is probably a problem with my account, I have an adult one(gold) ..valid till nov 2017

I am GOLD, I got all other games from Games with Gold without problem, and my GOLD subscription is valid until Feb 14, 2017.

I have the same problem in the daily challenge of February 7th with the challenge "Break-in". He even carries it, but it hangs and does not open the challenge.

This is from the Xbox Live Rewards page:

By Zune Passes I believe they are referring to the Zune Music Pass and that a TV season pass would count as a "movie purchase or rental", but I don't know for sure.
