    Live Gold Payment Pending issue


    Hi all.

    My gold account is paid monthly and is up to date ( as far as payments on my credit card ).

    My account for payment on the 21st June says PENDING.

    I can't log into gold online games.

    Does anyone know what to do?

    I have just repaid my xbox live gold membership because it has expired, yet i still cant access gold features or play online. This is twice now that the payment has been left pending. Please help

    are you sure the transaction went through? if yes, you should contact support at support.xbox.com so they can help you.
