    Hello, I have a live gold subscription until 18/03/19, however when I connect to Fortnite, I have a message according to which I do not possess subscription live gold Xbox.

    Could you help me please ?

    Microsoft giving free digital games for users with broken disc drives

    I was just told this while chatting with an MS rep about a separate issue: "Every console sent in for repair will have a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription after the repair. However for those with disc unreadable issue, on top of the free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription, they'll receive a free game token." They will email the code after the replacement XBox has shipped.

    New halo update question

    xbox live is having some issues so that may be the problem.
    It worked earlier for me and there was a monetary value for each of the Gold bundles (no REQ points)

    If your Live subscription is not accurately being displayed, you may want to try deleting and redownloading your profile as this may be a sync issue. If that does not resolve the issue I would encourage you to reach out to MS Customer Support for further
    assistance.

    I will suggest to power cycle your console, maybe cleaning the cache it will help Live gold issue ;)

    Games with Gold does prompt you to "Buy" the game for Free, so it does require that you have purchase credentials associated with your account. You must also be a current Xbox Live Gold member (or at least a one-month free trial, two-week trials do not work)
    to receive the benefits that come along with Games with Gold.
