Live GOLD isn't working on the XBOX ONE

Guys, I have both XBOX One and 360, my Live GOLD account ain't working in the XBOX ONE (it's OK in the 360). Tried to pick The Walking Dead Season 2 (Free with Gold now) but the console asks me to pay for it, or Join the Live Gold...

Pretty strange... It was working a few days ago.

Can you help?

Xbox live gold isn't working

Hi, I'd first recommend visiting http://account.microsoft.com/services and logging in with the account that has the subscription to make sure it shows up there. If the subscription shows, I'd try removing
the account with gold from the console, then performing a power cycle on the console, then re-adding it back. Note that you'll need to know the email and password associated with the account you're removing/adding, so only try this if you know that information.

For instructions on how to do a power cycle of your console: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

If none of that is helpful, I'd recommend contacting Official Xbox Support at the following link: Contact Us | Xbox Support

Xbox live gold isn't working

So I have automatic billing for Xbox live Gold but I am not receiving any benifits from it on my Xbox console such as the free games with gold. Everytime I check on console for gold it only has the option to purchase it while on my account it says my Xbox
live Service is active. How can I fix this?

Xbox live Gold Membership isn't a contract, I didn't sign paper work for it and it isn't a creditor they don't run a credit company.
