Live gold isn`t working

I purchased a gold status from xbox site and is not working, but money from my card was taken.Then i try to purchase on my xbox one and it`s done, but i can not download xbox 360(which free for this month) game for free and get my money back for the first
try. How i can do this

Well,i´ve bought xbox live gold suscription and 2 days later still can´t play online in any game.The message says : ¨This isnt avaliable.Your account isn´t allowed

For the "free" Xbox 360 games you have to first be in the right region, console region must match payment region and then you need to have a payment instrument attached to your account for downloading the 360 games. It needs to be either a credit card or
PayPal.

The 360 game store is different than the Xbox One store and they don't work the same way for purchases. The Xbox 360 games aren't "free" they have a cost of Zero dollars or whatever currency is supported in your region so you must have a payment method on
file. You can buy points to add value to your account in lieu of credit or PayPal and use that for the 360 games but you can't use account credit to purchase Xbox Live.

If you have other billing questions or issues the only way to get that resolved is to call Xbox Support for your region. Chat can't help and no one here can assist with billing or charges.
