    Hoje fiz uma reclamação protocolo [Mod Removed - Personal Information] a respeito do período do Live Gold que no mês de fevereiro só tem 28 dias, ou seja, todo mundo perde 2 dias de assinatura. Diz o atendente que o mês de fevereiro(todo
    ano) assim que que chega dia 28 o sistema entende que já passou 30 dias. Ou seja, você paga 30 dias e só recebe 28 dias todo ano no mês de fevereiro.

    No meu caso como não deixei pra renovação automática quando chegou 00:00hs do dia 28 de fevereiro já cancelou a minha conexão ON e perdi 3 dias de assinatura.

    Reclamei a respeito com o atendente, porém o mesmo respondeu não tem como resolver isso. O sistema está assim e não tem como mudar.

    Pedi um telefone da auditoria e disse não tem número.

    Did your monthly subscription start on Feb 1, 2019 and end today Feb 28, 2019?

    We here in the forums department do not have the tools to look into gamer's Microsoft account / Xbox profile.

    Have you spoken to an actual Xbox Live support agent over the phone so that they can look into your

    account and brake down the amount of time that you had your subscription for this month?

    I would suggest contacting an Xbox Live support agent if you haven't already. (See Steps Below)

    Eu recomendo a você deixar sua sugestão no

    para que a Microsoft tome conhecimento deste aspecto e possa fazer algo a respeito nas futuras atualizações do sistema.

    Quando comprei meu xbox ele veio com 14 dias de gold, e fora isso, já peguei gold umas 3 vezes na promo de R$ 1. Olhando para a questão que você levantou, gosto de pensar que essa é a forma de compensação da MS. Não sei se isso se aplica a você, mas é algo
