Hello,

I'm facing a problem with my LIVE GOLD account which I redeemed the code in February 2014 for 12 months and around June 14 I lost the access to Gold. I already tried to reuse the redeem code but it's not accepted. So hard to get support from Microsoft regarding
this and now I found this forum. Is there any email to exchange detailed information? my account id [Mod removed] . Another point is that I'm trying to access my account details and needed to update the phone number to a new one, but now I need to wait 30
days to manage this.

Where may I get help to solve both problems? LIVE Gold expired before the date and now I'm stuck and unable to manage my account details.

Is there any phone to call in ? any email?

Auto Renew

Hello,

iam having a problem. when i try to put auto renew off for my xbox live gold it comes up with is security info thing.And i updated the security info and its going to take 30 days to renew and i need to put auto renew off today.so iam stuck

Renewing Membership / Security Proofs

My subscription expired and my old debit card and security proofs are not usable. What are my alternatives to renew immediately? Do I really have to wait 30 days for my security proof changes to be processes before I can renew my membership? Thanks

So your trying to get back onto an account which had gold on it? The codes for 12 month memberships are one use only and cannot be reused on other accounts. You should still be able to log into the account either on the xbox website or on any other Microsoft
service (like hotmail) and you can change the details there without needing any gold subscription.

I would find a phone number for you but i don't know which country you live in so I can't give you an accurate number but you can find it from google or the xbox support page.

has your Live Gold expired and do you have an overdue balance?

if it has you may need to pay that before you can change the subscription

I see you have a gold account now? Are you trying to add 12 months on top of that? If so, have you changed credit card details during your current gold subscription? If so you'll need to wait for your current sub to expire before you can use your new code.
Good news is the codes do not expire.

I would suggest going to billing.microsoft.com and checking to see if your billing information is correct and/or if have any outstanding payment because of an expired payment option (credit card, debit card, etc.). If you do have outstanding payments or
an expired payment option, you will have to add a new one and pay off anything before entering the new gold membership.
