live gold exp. date error

ive taken a order of 12 mths live gold on 23/12/2015. but after that, by mistake, i redeemed a 30Ds trial card. now the expire date shown on my xbox live gold turn to 21/02/2016. it suppose to be expire in Dec 2016. whats the problem? pls advise. thx

Also about the game being too easy, you can change the difficulty of the mode.

You do this by selecting quest select, and selecting the last quest you left off on, and it will now ask you for what difficulty you want to play on

easy

normal

hard

master I (increased EXP/GOLD/ITEM)

master II (further increased EXP/GOLD/ITEM)

master III (further increased EXP/GOLD/ITEM than pervious)

master IV (further increased EXP/GOLD/ITEM than pervious)

master V (further increased EXP/GOLD/ITEM than pervious)

there is no EXP/GOLD/ITEM change between easy, normal, and hard.

 

Problem with Live gold

Same issue in italy.

I can download games and looking the settings my live gold is active. Exp dec 2018

But i am not able to play online, everytime the xbox pops up a screen to subscirbe the live gold abbonament

So let me get this straight. You purchased a 12 month Gold subscription for Xbox Live on December 23, 2015. This means that your subscription should end on December 23, 2016. Okay, later before the intended expiration date, you redeemed a 30 day trail Gold
subscription. Okay, to begin with, you've posted this in the wrong section. This should've been posted in the 07 - Purchasing, Downloading, & Redeeming on Xbox One section of the forums. I'd recommend re-posting this thread in that section. You can get there

From my personal knowledge, Gold memberships don't stack meaning they don't combine. The best you can do on your own is to contact customer service at: Contact Us | Xbox Support.

Actually, gold subscriptions do stack. You can add up to 36 months of gold at a time. Gold trials generally don't stack if they're the 48-hour, 7-day, or 14-day trials. So the 30 day may have actually just added a month to your subscription. You can also
double check your subscriptions at
http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows both. If it doesn't, then you would need to contact support.
