live gold doesnt work

If it is the 14day trial not all features of xbox live work with it ans it doesnt change you to gold just basic multiplayer options and it doesnt work with all games

Nothing with Xbox Live is working. His Xbox Gold doesnt go out for the next 7 days but I cant even add another Xbox Live Gold card

Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or there is a mismatch between your account and region you're connecting from. It could mean that some features may not work properly.

If you are in a region on the list and your account is matching, what error message or error code are you seeing on the Xbox One console?

Same thing happened to me, i tried logging on with a silver account and it works, but gold doesnt. So i guess that only silver accounts can log into live and golds cant?

When a pre paid card is purchased from a retailer to make sure that no one is just going into the store and taking the cards and not paying for them when they are purchased the retailer needs to activate the card.

So if you are getting a message saying that the card number you are getting is inactive that means that the retailer has not activated the card.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the retailer system to show cards active. If it has been past the 24 hours you would need to talk to the retailer and get them to activate the card for you.
