    My live gold subscription does not update its main screen. This was no problem until I realized that downloaded games that are backward compatible to the first xbox console are not playing on my console and I do not know what to do to play
    these games.

    link     and check if the gamertag matches the one you’re using on the console.

    After account verification, please follow the steps provided on this
