    Couple days ago i bought Xbox One S. In box it was 2x 3 months live gold code. Problem is that codes doesn't work. I tried several times to redeem it by browser and xbox. and every time it shows: "Unfortunately unexpected errors occurred. We register it
    and we will invesigate resone. Try redeem code later." (transtation from polishe langueage). How i can soleve that problem and enyoy gold subscription?

    MS ripped me off, can anyone help me out?

    Hello, I bought xbox live gold a while ago, when there was a deal going, the deal was buy three months of gold and get a code sent by email, for another three months of xbox live gold. Seemed like a great deal so I purchased. Well, it said that the code would be sent by May 15, I purchased this in early January.
    Now the codes have not been sent, haven't heard anything from MS, feeling ripped off. Did this happen to anyone here? And I am very sure the deal was valid for me.

    I don't know if anyone else already posted the solution to this, but a friend had the same issue with the same error. The problem was, he was trying to redeem a code over a trial gold. Live Gold and Gold Trial, doesn't mix up, that's why the solution is
    to let the gold subsciption end and then redeem the code. So if you have a Live Gold and try to redeem a Trial code (like the one included with the xbox) or the other way around, it won't work.
