Live Gold and Warthunder

Hi! I bought live gold status for 1 mounth but cannot launch warthunder. There is a request for some code or payment card. I dont know that code and when i enter my payment card nothing happens in game. So i got gold live but cannot play warhunder. Help
please.

onyxishere, yes u're right. I made a phone call to Microsoft Xbox troubleshoot team they answered same to unplug and switch off xbox and wait
40 sec. After all this have been done everithing was ok. Thanks all for help or trying to help.

If you have just recently added the membership then it can take some time to fully populate your account (up to 24 hours in some cases). You can check the status of your membership by logging in to https://account.microsoft.com/services

To speed up this process please try deleting your gamertag then holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down. When you restart you can redownload the gamertag.

If this does not work then you should wait a few hours and try again.
