live gold and gamepass dont work ?

I have payed for live gold and gamepass but it dont work on my consolle Xbox one .

Worked fine and stopped worked for me 2 days ago .

Tried log in and out checked payment online , seem allright what i can see . But it does not work . Tried to shut down for 12 hours but nothing happening.

Get support online with the issue seems as a mission impossible mission ..

What can i do and where do i get fast support ?

Did not work to remove wait a time then start and login account again.

Did not work , even tried to take account away , wait a hour the log on again .. :-(

Hello Disc,

We recommend you request a call from support at this point. Since you tried the troubleshooting and still wont work. There maybe something wrong with the profile itself.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

The same thing is happening to me but me and my brother are game sharing and he is able to use it and I can't
