    i found my xbox live gold account has been expired. but I buy 12 months in July-3-2015. So, I checked on
    www.xbox.com

    on that web site,it display expired date is 2016/July/3.

    i can provide the screenshot if you need.

    how to resolve the issue? I buy 12 months, but only around one month gold account expired! What a pity!!

    Can't cancel my account.

    Situation:I have a Gold Xbox live account with an email that I no longer use and would like to change it. But the email i would like to change it to has an expired 2 month gold account on it. I would like to cancel the expired account and put the active
    account on the expired account's email.

    What i need to know is how to cancel my non-gold account.

    same problem here, xbox live expired, i exteneded for 3 months, accounts says on xbox live that gold ist active but cant play online or join party! it happened today

    Your Xbox Live Gold membership will automatically renew once it expires - if you're seeing that it will renew in 2019, that means it won't expire until then.

    You can check to verify that you have an active Xbox Live Gold membership by signing into your
    Microsoft Account Subscriptions page.
