Live games are stuck and freeze my xbox one!

steps that can help sort this out for you. Before going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and perform a quick power cycle:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your
console.

I cant find Game Room on the Live Status Page.

No, not my Xbox freezes.

Its just the Loading-Bar that is stuck at 25%.

I can still use the Guide-Button and go back to dashboard.

my xbox360 freez and stucked alot today because of the xbox live issue we are forcing.

I tried to play online today but it keep disconnecting all the time

Well I can't play Zombies on Bo2 at all not even standard maps it just gets stuck on the Xbox Live option at freezes

im also having this problem today my xbox one s has been getting stuck on the green screen of death and when it boots up the dash freezes all the time and my games have been crashing a lot so i have decided to factory reset it and now im stuck on 50% preparing
