Live Drops Every Hour

Hey, my Xbox Live keep dropping out every hour or so and not coming back on until I hard reset, or wait like 30 minutes.

However, this only happens when I am hardwired in, and not on wireless.

Can you help me? Thanks.

Oh, and I don't have access to my modem, because I live in an apartment complex, and there's just a plug in the wall I plug the Xbox One into.

So I cannot reset it or anything.

Also, I would like to know if this theory of mine is possibly the problem? Or if it is irrelevant. This problem started happening around the time I downloaded Diablo III, and some of the Achievements I should have in Diablo aren't being awarded to me. So if
I re-install this, could it possibly fix the problem? And if I do this, would I lose my character progress?

Disconected from live every hour

Hello, While i am xbox live i keep getting disconected from xbox live every hour. There is nothing wrong with the internet as i have my computer on and the xbox on when is gets disconected. If anyone has anyway to fix this then please reply asap.

Well i did find a server that was closer to me.

Also i never disconnect when i am on games that have no multiplayer on them.

Not having access to your router/modem could be an issue. There's not a whole lot you can troubleshoot without those. It sounds like whatever you're connecting to might have some issues with the wired connections. If it works with your wireless you might
have to stick with that unless you can get access to the router to troubleshoot.

I don't think Diablo would cause the issue but there are some issues on XBL concerning Diablo 3. You can check here:
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

Deleting the game wouldn't remove your progress, it's all saved in the cloud. If you want to delete the game and re-install there would be no harm in trying it.

Drop the Kinect , drop the price , 24 check , drm. But mostly the 24 hour check is it like having a girl friend that calls every hour to see what you are doing like dang get off my back

Drop the mandatory Kinect

Drop the price to be in league with PS4

Give away free games every month like PS+

Cut it in half, have a designer take a look at it, and stick a Sony logo on it. lol

Hey again. Thanks for running that test, unfortunately those speeds are very low for Xbox LIVE, especially if you have other devices on the network. I would suggest looking into faster plans from your ISP, or see if there is something they can do to boost
your speeds. Sorry for the confusion.
