    been weeks my **** been kicking me off ..now i cant even play one game and getting kick..done all that is ask from this site but no one has called or text or even e mail me..what u all think i should do..has this happen to you

    Support for an original Xbox is no longer available.

    the service's for the original Xbox to access live have been shut down.

    Microsoft stop supporting 360 LIVE?

    So I've heard multiple rumors about Microsoft stopping their support for the Xbox 360 and Xbox live for it. I want to know if that's true.

    Also, if it's true, what does it mean? Will digitally downloaded games from the marketplace still be playable? Because I own many downloaded games, and I don't want to lose them if the 360 support shuts down. Someone please help?

    Nope, Support for the Xbox was shut down a while ago. in addition, it never allowed Party Chat or other Features from Xbox LIVE on the Xbox 360.

    Sometimes, depending on the specific issue that you're experiencing Live Chat will not be available. If you're being told to contact customer service via the phone number directly, please do so. You can find your country/region's phone number
    here (this is taken from whatever region your LIVE account is registered to).

    Hello Tiger,

    You can request a call back and talk with a support agent.

    When you go to
    Contact Us     to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    When you say it doesn't work, is it saying it's been redeemed already, or is it giving another error?

    Other options for Support may also be available when you sign onto the
    Xbox Live Support site    , in case online chat isn't available.
