You gotta be kidding me. at 5:00pm EST someone tripped over the cable at the Microsoft Datacenter and the cisco series routers/gateways came crashing on to the floor, from the 4th level of the rack. We don't know when it will be back up, because it's currently
in pieces.

But really. Wot's the dilly-o guys? Guess I have to dust off my chromecast and watch some stuff.

I can confirm, my fellow Canadian, that the servers here across the pond in London are down as well. My network connection has been checking the status of LIVE for 5 minutes now. No games for Fatal tonight Darn. Guess it'll have to be a good night's sleep.

Fixed it! go into settings>netwwork>disconnect network.

sign into account offline.

reconnect internet.

or its fixed now lol but thats what i did. IM Now back online!

I agree with safley. my internet went out for having being over on my data usage and i had to wait 10 days for it to restart and through those 10 days i couldnt pay my games it kept saying i didnt own them. i thought DRM was gone? guess not..

Why would you want to take your X1 camping? Defeats the purpose doesn't it?

Huh. Yes it does brick it

The X1 will play offline. If your internet goes down, just go to "Settings", "Network", "Disconnect Wireless"; I've tried this a few times just to see if it worked.

Edit: I notice they now have "Go Offline" for a option now.

Its not just down in Canada. UK and US are also down, not me though. My xbox runs all day.
