Live doesn't work anymore and wants me to buy it now

My Xbox one X suddenly stopped being able to play multiplayer we have had it for a little over a year now why is this happening?

After you click on the link.

1. Type in "Talk to an agent"

2. Click on " Next'"

3. Select your issue and click on " Next"

4. Then select "Chat".

Why nobody from microsoft answers in this topic? What is supposed to do who like me doesn't have an Xbox 360 anymore? I also should buy an Xbox live gold code in those days, but at this point i dont know whether it will work or not.

Im experiencing the same problem and i just got my xboxone on Christmas and now my mike doesn't work. I can hear my friends but they cant hear me. Xbox help me. I dont want to use my kinect for a mike anymore
