    Live disconnecting about every 30 minutes with an occasional 8015190E code


    For the past few weeks Xbox Live has been really awful for me. For a short while, I stopped disconnecting every 20-30 minutes. It has been happening for the past week. It happens on the dashboard and playing online/offline games.

    What Country/State/Province do you live in? California

    Modem brand & model number:     Netgear cg300DG

    Router brand & model number: (Router is a gateway)



    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Internal

    Things you have tried: Deleting profile, deleting system updates, resetting router, port forwarding, and resetting network settings on the Xbox

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Open NAT

    Any Error Codes you encounter: 8015190E

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Cox Communications

    My suspension was not lifted. (error code 8015190E)

    My gamertag is ,

    I kept disconnecting from xbox live for a couple months now, and when I try to reconnect, I keep getting the error code 8015190E. I called support, and after 30 minutes, they found the problem. My suspension from 3 months ago was never lifted! Can you please
    lift my suspension and fix this issue?

    Hi, try disconnecting every cable from your console and leave it for about 30 minutes or so.
