Live core service issues

Same with me.It keeps saying i need to connect to Live or sign in for all my downloaded apps and games..except IE,or else i wouldn't be posting.

hey believe me i worked in microsoft before... and actually i have two friends working at this time in seattle ... they r probably trying to fix this issue but as a lazy cows... probably they are right now in a meeting trying to figure out how are they
going to justify this [Mod Removed - Please don't bypass the word filter.] to their supervisors more than fixing the
[Mod Removed] problem. at the end of the day you work in miscrosoft to make resume, then you r out cause nobody like the "lick my ***" policy.

Also we dont have a real person or board to say what we think... they give us all the surveys when you are happy or want to play so you said all QRU to all...

You want to know how a live team works? check the guis from ESO, the Infinity guard guys and EA... those are friking genious.

 

Started getting error code 0xde2727 for apps and 0x83750009 for digital games tried rebooting twice thats my status.

I don't appreciate his optimism. How much money does this company make?? With all that money, instead of getting an appropriate apology and business like response, I get some kid throwing rainbows and butterflies at me. If anything it's making me more
angry. NONE OF THESE GAMES ARE WORKING! Regardless of what the Xbox support page says, they're not working. And a response like "well its supposed to be working" is completely unacceptable. Get out of here, seriously, it's past your bedtime. Where is
my professional response to this matter?

I appreciate you trying to help, but you are not even reomtly right.

You missed my entire point, that the status page is wrong, you cant do anything....they are not even providing the right information, as well as being down all day now.

Well, been waiting for 6,7 hours now, GF is on her way, and I wont be back on till Wed.

Guess thats my bad for waiting to play the one day I only work till 5...guess a few hours a week is too much to ask.

 

not to mention twitter is useless. all they do is give a link to the status page and for the most part say the same thing every time. which is pointless.

Our Xbox won't even show up on the TV screen. What's going on? Earlier we just couldn't sign into Xbox live now it isn't functioning at all!

 

This is absolutely unacceptable that I cannot do anything on Xbox 1 when you are down. This not what should be happening. Stop preventing us from playing anything OFFLINE because of your horrible service.
