Xbox live issues

I'm having similar issues. For me, going to Settings/Network shows that "Xbox Live Core Services" and "Purchase and Content Usage" services are having issues.

Error codes 0x87DD0006, 0x87DD000F, 0x87DD0019

I understand your frustration, you're not the only one it affects. it affects everyone, I am not a xbox dev to give you a ETA. but be assured xbox live will be up and running soon.

so why am I paying for Xbox live when every time I sign on something is wrong? This is complete Bs. I'm connected to live yet I can't play/use anything besides TV. Wow, I'm glad i have an Xbox one to watch tv!

 

Actually, the status page says it is up and running, a lie/error....so that just makes it look worse lol, thanks for trying though.

 

well actually it isn't truth... i played this morning a few minutes (elder scroll online) and a few hours ago y was playing happily and the xbox send me suddenly to the dashboard (home).. i cannot play online elder scroll (it *** me off a lot because y just
got an off day to play some ) but the fact is... I HAVE FRIENDS PLAYING... THEY ARE PLAYING ON XBOX THE SAME GAME I CANT... AND OTHER ALSO CAN NOT PLAY IT... WHY? why there is a few one can play and others dont?

we need ET.. like in Elder Scroll forums they update the message a lot maybe every 15 minutes just to let us know they r working...

you guys should be offer human updates... and also... Ambassador, give us some answer... i was a xbox forum moderator and also ambassador a few years ago with other profile... you can send an email to your locar contact, pm o so and also you have access
to the moderators forum and ambassador forums and you probably have info there. please check it for us.

I see one other thread was removed, what's wrong, the truth hurt? Fact is this service is going down far too often yet the customer continues to be treated like a cash cow with no recompense. I'm no lawyer but I'd wager xbox live could face a legal challenge
to this if someone was willing enough. You're taking money for something that only works for a portion of the time it's supposed too and all that is offered is an apology. It's categorically not good enough and you need to begin to find an alternative way
to appease disgruntled customers over and above an apology. People in the end have the power and more and more will use it if xbox live continues to slide into an untrustworthy service. It happens the world over time and again.

 

I keep getting error code 0x87de2727 when i try to use my apps and 0x83750009 on digital games whats going on?

 

I just think it's complete crap the we pay $60 and live goes down at least once a month so what's the point if we can't have dependable game play

 

Well the status page for me is "buying downloadable items and Unlocking achievements" you should be able to play black flag.

 

Nope not able to play ESO, Hulu just went out again as well

 

I cannot get into black flag either or Youtube, Sling, Netflix, Destiny or anything. I get one of 2 messages one says I need to connect to the internet, yet I am connected and everything checks out, the other simply says cannot start (app) for some reason
0x87de2713 is the error code.

 

Dubstep, I appreciate your optimism on every single forum, but its really not helping anyone at all. Ive been patiently waiting and checking the forums and twitter status for 6 hours now and I still have no idea if im going to be able to play today or not.
If im not going to be able to play today, that's really ridiculous and xbox you need to figure your *** out because im sure you've ruined more than just my day. If im not going to be able to play today, could you atleast *** tell me? I feel like this dubstep
guy is taking more initiative to being a customer service rep than anyone that works there.
