Live connection

hi I really need help. I don't know if it is my xbox or something else. I can connect to xbox live fine when I turn my console on. But when I am in a gam. Like cod, when I leave the game I can't find another one. So when I. Dashboard I am not connected
to live anymore. Any help would be really appreciated. I have tried resetting my router many times and resorting my network settings. Nothing works. When I reset the router I can play like 5 game then it happens again. Plz can someone help

There is no button or menu to connect!

The system is not connected, I do a network test and it passes, but still is not connected... I can't do anything with the X1 if it's not connected to live!

Is there a way to manually connect to Xbox live in this console?

Xbox Live is under DDOS attack at the moment. I'm sure MS will have it solved shortly.

 

hi have you tried this?: settings-system-storage-hover over HDD- hit Y- clear system cache, hit yes

 

then unplug and replug your router and try to play online

 

Just wondering how would clear cache help?

 

It clears corrupt files off of your HDD, those files which can, in turn, mess with your gameplay and Live.

 

Do you or anyone else have any other solutions coz nothing happened.

try this:

Reset XBOX 360 All Installed Game Updates

Go to the "system" blade

Select "memory"

Press Y on the HD symbol

Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X

A message will appear saying: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"

Select Yes

if that dont work try this: Reset XBOX 360 Failed System Updates

With the console off, press and hold the sync up button.

While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console

Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely.

During the boot process the console should clear any failed updates, allowing you to use it normally.
