Live connection problems

Starting today i've had problems with my connection to xbox live. Console boots up and won't log me in. Immediately after it says unable to log me in it actually does. Party chat will start up but then throws a 0x0 error code. Messaging app will say
unable to retrieve messages try again. Logging into destiny works, but then boots me because it is unable to authenticate my live subscription/profile. Had friends try to send me invites and messages but they never arrive. Did get a party to actually start
and after moments all voice dropped. Friend reported still seeing me in the party but couldn't hear me. On my end i never even see the friend in the party list.

Instant network tests run fine and give detailed results as such:

my fist xb1 mass issue.

Don't all those things have to do with your network connection or Xbox Live and things like that?

Could just be an internet problem. Not saying it is, but how do things play that don't need a connection
or Live?
