Live Connection Error - 8015 - 1921

Xbox live connection has been failing for over a week. Never had a problem before - working for previous 6 months. Have done all the regular things suggested by support. Restarted router/modem, delete profile, restore network to factory settings, clear cache
3 times, restart xbox, format storage, create new profile. At each step the Test Connection always fails at the 3rd step.

Xbox Live Failed

Xbox support put me on to my ISP - they confirmed that port blocking is disabled.

Xbox Live Connection Error

Maybe a problem with your connection. what is your internet like? you using eathernet or wifi to connect the console?

 

Status Code 80072741

I have been getting status code 80072741 which says 'Some Xbox Live content is temporarily unavailable. Please try again Later' for a few days now.

And when I test connection I can connect onto xbox live but the not the internet.

G'day Player! Sorry for the delayed response; are you still running into this connection error. Where do you see that 8 digit error code (80151921)? And what error message accompanies it?

KGATL: Are you experiencing the exact same situation, down to the error codes and network results? If yours differs in any way, it'll really help us find the solution if you start a fresh thread and include as many details as you can. What may look similar
in the symptoms can have a very different cause and fix.

 

Hello, the error is still happening. The only message I get is Live Connection Error.

The eight digit code is seen when I try to sign in. When I run the test it does not show the number but it is in the details - see more info row L.

The same thing is happening to me... It was working just fine yesterday, and a year before that for that matter. My gold ran out about a week ago and I got a free trial yesterday, but now this is happening.

 

Is anyone assisting me with my issue?
