    Live code validate problems


    Hi guys, i brought my xbox one today, and i make the following steps:

    1 - Update xbox one software

    2 - Install a game (COD AW if it matters)

    3 - Use the trial code wich comes with the xbox

    3.1 - Red my code with kinect

    3.2 - Message saying the codes is activated or something like that, is not saying the code already used, thats i have absolutely certain

    4 - Try play multiplayer online

    5 - Saying to buy a gold.

    After that i went to Signatures and there had nothing, just asking if i want to know about the live... Somebody can help me?

    Ps: Sorry about my english, is not the best xD

    Do i need Credit Card?

    Yep to validate that the code is of your actual region

    Soif yku say you live in the us but dont actually live there

    Problem with xbox live

    Please help me I have a problem to validate the xbox live code, this is the first time I have an account on xbox and when I enter the 25-digit code of the Xbox Live Gold they Give me an error message. "3 days ago I try to validate the code"

    Hey Pistog! sorry to hear your having trouble! however i am here to help! lets look into this card is there any kind of code you can manually enter? also be sure to keep your hands and face out when scanning does that help? try resetting your Console and
    then attempt this again if your problem persists then let me know!

    The problem is, now says the code already be used, even if i try manually enter, but im still have no acess to live and have nothing in my signatures, just a announce saying to know about signatures

    No. The problem is on Xbox LIVE.

    I have the same problem.

    The error message is "Please enter a valid code."

    Also, I tried to redeem an already used code (also from Bing Rewards) and I get the same error message.

    (The code is VALID, it should say that it's already used)
