Live changed my gamertag now making me pay for new one.

I got my gamertag changed because of a stupid rule that I technically didn't violate and it got forceably changed to a stupid gamertag and when I went to change it I'm being charged 10 dollars. I disputed it and they toldme because of other people abusing
the free of charge gamertag chance that I must pay for it now. Well guess what Xbox I am throwing away your system and buying PS4 for your terrible customer service.

they changed my gamertag

Same thing happened to me they changed my gamertag and i had to download my profile again now i have to pay 10 dollars for a new one.

My gamertag was changed

My gamertag PlungedPlacenta was changed by the Xbox Live Enforcement Team, now you give me a default xbox gamertag and my friend list decide to delete me since they don't know who i am, and now you want me to pay another £6.79 just to change my gamertag
on top of the monthly gold subscription i pay for every month, this is unacceptable

That would be per the code of conduct you agreed to.

FYI, PS has the same rules, but they don't allow name changes. You would have to create a new account.

You can't delete a gamertag/profile. If you pay 800 Points to change the gamertag, the old one will be available for a new profile. You can change the Live ID to another email address (that's free), making the old one available for a new profile.

My old name was WaVy_BoI#3140

i changed it as part if the new gamertag thing but then i payed like £10 to change it to a different name and now my stupid old one shows up on app for me and other people
