Discus and support Live ban from Xbox live enforcement in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been notified of a 7 day ban to my account to my gamertag .     Live ban from Xbox live enforcement


    I have been notified of a 7 day ban to my account to my gamertag . This is allegedly for Theft/Phishing/Solicitation.

    I have not knowingly done anything to warrant these accusations and woukd like to know the evidence placed against me to incur such a penalty being placed against my account. I consider these to be serious accusations against me and due to the current law
    of the land feel i should be given an opportunity to offer a defence against such accusations.

    I very much welcome your response with my alleged crime.

    In this podcast from Major Nelson's site Stepto, the head of the enforcement team, states that the controllers are not grounds for a ban from Live.

    However it is also mentioned that it is up to the individual developers as to whether they allow their use in the games. So while you could find yourself banned from one game online it would not be a ban from Live.

    was it a game ban or an actual Xbox live ban, if a game ban then you would need to contact 343, if a live ban then you need to go to the enforcement site to check as support are not allowed to handle enforcement issues.
