    Live account suspended


    My Son has a profile on my account and couldn't log onto Xbox Live account due to needing to update payment details. Which has now done but Its still telling me I need to do it and he still doesn't have the access. I have updated details on both my Microsoft
    account and settings on my profile on my Xbox and don't know what to even do next???? HELP!

    Am I screwed? suspended live account

    I used a prepaid debit card that had $1 left on it to sign up for one of the "free month of xbox live" since I knew it was an auto-pay scam.
    I thought once the month was up it would just drop me back to Silver since there were no funds.

    But they suspended my account, so now I can't do anything online with my account, including redownload games I already bought.

    Is there anyway I can change my account to silver instead of a suspended gold account without paying MS's extortion, or am I screwed?

    Changing Windows ID

    If your account is temporarily suspended, you will be able to change its Live ID after the suspension ends.

    If your account is banned (suspended permanently), you will not be able to change its Live ID.

    No you can't suspend your Xbox live account but you can suspend your auto renewal payment option.
