Live Account Seems to have Expired, Codes not Working

So my live account seems to have expired today, games are saying that I need an Xbox Live Gold account. But when I enter a trial code, it denies it, saying I have Gold already. Searched for the problem, couldn't find one. Don't actually know if this is the
correct place to post this, but it said "Xbox Live account management."

I would recommend to contact Amazon, it seems that what you've received is an expired code. Expired codes can't be redeemed on your Microsoft Account. To verify the status of the code you can contact

Live Support.

They should be able to let you know if the code is expired or not. If the code is expired, you would have to get back with amazon.

32.33 Account Credit seems to have expired

Per the programs terms and conditions, credits expire 1 year after deposit. Support would be the only ones who could get them back for you if possible, but otherwise there is no way to get expired funds back.
