Live account banned, license transfer DLC??

You must be pretty daft then, and I haven't played call of duty in over a year and I've never hacked it or hacked anything, so please tell me how my gamertag insists I have hacked it? Or are you just to stupid to understand?

Sorry but I dont buy this story, you wouldnt get banned for just not paying the subscription, it would as been mentioned revert to being silver.

The most i've seen is a two week suspension for billing issues.

Until 9999 suggests a more serious infringment of the T&C's.

I am having billing issues right now due to a lost card and you definately do not get banned until year 9999. I have had the same issue in the past when changing banks and all they do is revert you to silver and stop you going gold (even by prepaid card)
until their is a valid payment method on your account. Sorry OP but you aint guna get your games back.

Be grateful it was just £80 worth of stuff. I prob have at leats £1000 worth of content on my console.

The licence transfer is for when you buy a new console or a new hard drive and use the profile that is not banned it is not there to be used to transfer between accounts as this is marketplace theft and is a banning offencd

Sorry if your account is banned that brought the dlc and purchased games, you will not be able to do a licence transfer with the new account as it content cant be transfered between account

@Kz: You cannot transfer licenses between accounts or perform a (console) license transfer with a banned account. When an account is banned, all XBox Live time, DLC, MSP, etc. is forfeit, and you will need to re-purchase the content under a new gamertag
in order to access it.

Sorry but you are not allowed to use the License Transfer option in the manner you have described. It is considered Marketplace Theft and could result in both consoles and gamertags being banned from Live if caught.

That being said, a season pass cannot be transferred from one account to another. It is not DLC and does not fall under the License Transfer category.

to gain access to dlc using a license transfer you must do it on the original purchssing gamertag

You will not get the account unbanned,especially to try & license transfer content to another account,which is also a bannable offence.

When an account is banned you forfiet any remaining live time,dlc etc. linked to that account.

Most DLC is licensed to the account that bought it and the console it was first downloaded to. The Family Plan is not connected to the licensing.

With the first license you can use the DLC on any 360 but the purchasing account must be signed into Live or it will not work.

The console license lets all accounts use the DLC, whether there is a connection to Live or not.

What the license transfer does is move that second license, the console license, to a new 360.
