LIVE, Access Unexpected Error

I have a problem with my Gold and EA Access. Somewhy i can't active it

via redeem code. I could activate my 14 day free trial Gold included to

the xbox, but now i can't activate the 12 month gold, and the free 1

month EA Access neither. But i could buy 1 month gold and ea access

through the store.

On the webpage it says : XBOS-30244c5e1ba5-9670-4adf-a40a-b68305377640

On the xbox: XOnlineAccountsNonXenonUser dHWmKV+I/0yh9ly6.21.8

And i bought 1 month live and it says it expires on the same day when i

bought. I can play online, but on the menu it tells me to renew my gold.

And one more, i tried to send a messeage at the microsoft webpage, but i

couldn't fill me surname and lastname. It's a grey field.
