little mama needs HELP!!!

omg, someone please help me... I'm so blonde when it comes to any gaming stuff that isn't coming from my smartphone. ---

my son is 6 years old and is way above average in game talent (his Minecraft skills would put any grown man to shame). Trying new games is his addiction right now and he's currently drooling over the free games available on his Live Gold membership. Problem??
the whole system itself is pretty self explanatory (yes, i KNOW this- that's why i feel SO STUPID!)

i've only been working on it for a short time but can't figure out the downloading process to save my life. After clearing out the "device full" issue, all the steps go smoothly until it comes to trying to start the demo and all i get is "incomplete download"...
it shows up in the download history and in the storage contents.. WTF am i missing???

Good point. You do get a lot of money for that garbage/tow truck heist.

What kind of hard drive do you have?

Are there any age restrictions on your sons account?

I assume this is on the 360 so scroll to the right of the dash,click on "system", & the "storage" & it will tell you what storage devices are on your console.

 

That's your problem then.You only have a 4gb flash drive so not enough storage.

You would need a hard drive or a usb drive,hard drive would be the better option.

If you do decide to get a hard drive make sure it's an official Microsoft one,3rd party hard drives can cause no end of problems.
