    there are so many little 12 year olds that think it’s funny to team kill and then send you messages that bait you into either cussing at them or saying something cause they angered you i now have a two day suspension because of one kid and his GT is [Mod
    Removed] he’s baited me from the start and was making me more and more angry by first team killing me than spamming me so I said one slightly rude word and I got banned they say they look at all the evidence and they don’t I can’t even do a case review this
    sucks Xbox you better start fixing stuff like this

    so you are concerned that a little kid threatened your account..? ..So much so you have consulted an attorney..lol..the kid is trolling you and by over reacting you let yourself become his victim..next time I suggest you block and ignore ppl that do this.

    ny account is banned till the year 31/12/9999 and i didnt hack or cheat

    and i dont know what trolling is so i didnt do that and kids in black ops 3 under gaming well thats the reason i report them but i never threaten a player that i was going to do any thing but report them and leave it to micrsoft to deal with

    The Best thing to do is to block, mute and report a player like that.

    ANY Violation of the code of conduct no matter who starts it is subject to and enforcement action.

    You can find a copy of the code of conduct in the following link:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

    Then enforcement team does not monitor these chat rooms they only handle things through their website enforcement.xbox.com

    Since your suspension is such a short period of time it would not be eligible for a case review and you would have to just sit it out till it is over.

    Like I said that is the problem we face I dont want to play games with those little kids if they are going to be toxic and troll me then report me when I curse on a rated M game if that's the case like I said they need to re work the system its more kid
    friendly then adult friendly I want a option on my account that I can switch to mature content that way I don't have to worry about running into little kids trolling and reporting people, the fact that there is no such system makes mr want to get my pc working
    cause atleast kids didnt have the power lol seems like kids are in control of the xbox community and I don't want to be apart of that, there needs to be a setting to separate mature players from kids end of story this is still no excuse for my ban I could
    have done the same to other but I don't because I'm mature, yet it happens to me really? This is unfair no other excuse for it
