    Little issue when buying something off Xbox store


    It isn't much of anything but since I only have noticed it on Xbox and not when I shop anywhere else I guess I should probably ask.

    Whenever I use my credit card on the Xbox store I get an error when I purchase. It doesn't give a number or anything, just that an error happened during the purchase. However if I go back in there to try again it says its already bought. This only ever happens on Xbox.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    As I have checked everything is up and running on the Xbox Service Alert page which means that there isn't an issue on Xbox server and we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

    For cases like this what we initially need to do is perform power cycle in that way your account data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below and if ever you will made a purchase you can then test it out.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
