Spectrum assist, (Specturm/Charter cable) if you *qualify. Is offering 30mbps net services for $14.99 with no data caps, deposit, contract or early termination fees etc.

*Must be 65 or older and getting SSI.

2, have a child enrolled in free school lunch program.

As of today, I have yet to find out if this 'program' is in any way taxpayer funded. Specturm will not say, nor will my representatives.

If it is at all taxpayer funded, then they left our the disabled, including our veterans. Shame, but thats the way lobbyist/congress works here in the US.

Console related?? Yes, for without the net, for at least the initial setup and dl of a Blu Ray app. The Xbox One is unable to even play a dvd.

Elect more Dems and I'm confident they'll at least consider using taxpayer funding to put an X1-X in every home. If you really want to get'er done, just have MS's lobbyests buy Shoe a hot bowl of soup and he'll make sure the measure passes.

I think Comcast has a similar program, not sure of the specs and not sure if it's gov't funded either. They don't advertise it too much.

Co-op mode requires both parties to have x-box live gold - both parties having similar game content If DLC's are involved (However a person who has the dlcs can enter a persons world that does not have the dlc's but not vica versa) DLCS users usually have
is KNOTHOLE ISLAND, and SEE THE FUTURE - Demos allow entrance of other users world but with limited action

Suggestion is both parties have Headsets otherwise it's horrible to play - Both parties must stay within same screen - and person joining other persons world does so as a Generic character - that cannot access their inventory , but comes in with their game
stats - HERO has to heal henchman if he gets hurt./\
