    So I have been playing on the xbox platform since it has came out. On live itself for 6 of 7 years. I have never been banned a day in my life. I leave for work for the weekend and next thing I know I come home and find out that I have been banned from communication.
    I wasn't even home and the only person that could have done it was my little brother. Now I cant talk to any of my friends and apparently I have some kind of permanent ban on my account that I can't log on to xbox live on any other console. I guess all I can
    do is plea with Microsoft and ask them for some kind of forgiveness because I would love to be able to talk to my friends again and play games with them that doesn't result in silence, even though I personally had nothing to do with it. I'm also going to put
    a lock on my account so that this will never happen again. Please if someone from Microsoft is actually looking at this please just help me out. Thanks in advance.
