Literally nothing works. Please help.

So for the past few days I've been playing fine on my console. Yesterday I got off for about 10 minutes and when I got on nothing works. I can't start an Xbox party or join one. I can not even see my messages. Everytime I attempt to start youtube or any
of my games it says I need my profile to be online, so I go to view my profile and it a thing pops up saying try again later. I can't see any of my friends game clips or clips in general. I can't open the game store. Nothing works.

we got it we set it up and everything but when i looked at my games, NOTHING!!!! Im Literally Panicking!!! I Watched A Video, But All Of Them Said Both The Consoles Had To Be Working!!!!!!

Help I just got banned for literally no reason. Honestly, literally no reason. I don't send messages or have a mic, I don't cheat or troll. Literally nothing I swear on my family's grave. Please tell me this is a joke. You can't ban me for nothing, I don't
care what the ToS say, you cant ban me for literally no reason. Sort this out now, I just bout over £150 pounds worth of madden points.

 

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

 

Have you tried a factory reset

 

Factory reset should absolutely be a last resort. Try the hard reset explained by onyx62is suggested and post back your results. Good Luck!

 

Could also be connection issues , if I have to restart my xbox , I always restart my modem and router also ....are you using a wireless connection ?
