    Literally none of the games I bought digitally on my xbox one s are working


    Yesterday I tried loading my COD Black Ops 3 and it had me looped saying "retrieving profile data" or something like that on the main screen. Then, I tried playing Fallout 4 and as soon as I launch the game the screen goes black and nothing happens. I
    tried launching two other games I downloaded digitally but nothing is working at all. PLEASE HELP.

    Hi There,

    It sounds like you may have an unstable connection to Xbox Live. If you are using Wi-Fi please make sure the signal is strong and stable enough and if possible change to a network cable instead. Attempt to restart your console as well as your router.

    Have you tried performing a power cycle on your console?

    How To Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    I'm on my FOURTH xbox1 console and still have this problem. None of my digital downloaded games work. I haven't even been able to play one second of COD and I bought the console on day one. The support people never have a work around.

    I bought MNCLA standard edition for the xbox 360 to throw into my xbox one S and it just boots up my blu ray app and says I need an xbox 360 to run this application. Is it literally only the complete edition that works on xbox now??

    Same issue, tried restarting my xbox but none of my digital copies of games arw working, keeps telling me to sign into the profile I bought the games with, when I am already signed into that profile. My games were working 12 hours ago!
