Literally insanely slow download speed- need help

If by slow, you mean I can do what I do currently, then slow but reliable, I have no real need for insane speeds, I'm not constantly downloading huge files.

i purchased a Touro 4TB USB3.0 7200RPM external hard drive. but im noticing INSANELY slow install speeds to it. my internet connection is more than fast enough, i have 50mbps download. its literally been downloading for a full 24 hours and its at 84%, ive
never had any download/installs take this long on my internal drive. any ideas as to why it would be going so slow?

Insane speeds dear sir. People are usually upset with 10 mbps. You are lucky one. Congratulations. All I can do is to give you link here.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having slow download speeds. There are literally tons of things that can affect this. The most common is downloading over Wifi. Using an ethernet connection usually will perform better. Also, try rebooting your
network hardware sometimes doing this freshens everything up and helps. There is also an
