Discus and support Listing error in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I Have a 5 star rewards account which usually gives me 10% in rebate on my purchases but for a reason that I don't know when i go on the xbox rewards...     I Have a 5 star rewards account which usually gives me 10% in rebate on my purchases but for a reason that I don't know when i go on the xbox rewards website it's still saying that i'm a 5 star but with a 5% rebate and that if Isubscribe to gold I could
    benefit 2X the %.

    The problem is that i'm already gold and my subscription ends in 2018.... so what can I do to correct this?

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. Since your new subscription was just started a few days ago, we did not receive that information until recently. We see that your account is now listed as a Gold Account again. Apologies
    for the confusion.

    I'm seriously glad to hear it's been corrected for you! Like I mentioned to idleblue above, it is important for your Gamerscore to correctly reflect your hard work on a game, so I'm happy that this was sorted out for you!
