    List of last games in Xbox Live account


    Hi!

    In my
    profile     (the "Achievement" tab), two games are displayed marked "Last game: right now".

    Games:

    • Forza 6 Apex
    • 2020: My Country
    To make it clear, the last time I played in Forza on October 31, 2016 (and it's not "right now")

    In "2020: My Country" I played recently, but after it other games were already started.

    How to fix it?

    Beginner/Nub questions about Xbox Live...

    1. What happens to a Gamertag that allows its Xbox Live subscription to run out, more specifically with regards to the name's availability to other users? (Like, is there a "grace period" where no one can use the name, to give the person time to get back on Xbox Live with that account?)
    2. Is there some kind of rebate for a second Xbox Live account belonging to the same person / credit card?
    3. If going that route (2 Xbox Live accounts on the same console), will there be anything associating the two in the eyes of the public?

    Need help with xbox live

    yes, i tried all that was listed there last night, didn't help at all, but now, everything is back to normal. I will check my bank account if anything changed there, but there was nothing to do with my live account anyway!

    Does your account check the three?

    • Be 17 years of age or older
    • Have a Gamerscore 1500 or higher
    • Have no enforcement actions on your Xbox Live account within the last year

    Linked worked for me... At the top of this thread click on Xbox Support, then select "My LIVE account was suspended" It's the last choice on the list #14... That is where the Enforcement team live, bring juice.

    There are eligibility requirements to join the Ambassadors program:

    • Be 17 years of age or older
    • Have a Gamerscore 1500 or higher

    Recover your gamertag from Xbox LIVE
    You might need to recover an Xbox LIVE gamertag in the following situations:

    • You have a Zune or Games for Windows — LIVE account and want to join Xbox LIVE.
    • You accidentally deleted your profile, or you want to move your profile to a new console.
    Important

    • Any achievements or changes that you have made since the account last connected to Xbox LIVE
      will be lost during the recovery process.
    • Do not recover your gamertag to a friend's console as a convenience. You might
      lose your saved games. Instead, follow the steps in Use a gamer profile on another console.
    To recover a gamertag


    • To recover your gamertag, you need the associated Windows Live ID and password for your Xbox LIVE account.
      1. If you’re signed into Xbox LIVE with another gamertag, press the Guide button, and then press
        X on your controller to sign out.

      1. Press the Guide button again, and select Recover Gamertag.

    2. Enter your Windows Live ID and password for the gamer profile that you want to recover.
    3. Follow the on-screen directions.

    • You can enter information using a USB keyboard, the

    • For Xbox LIVE child accounts, the associated Xbox LIVE adult account credentials are required to complete the recover gamertag procedure.
