    List of issues I have with my Series X


    First, I am not even enrolled in the insider program for this console. I simply didn’t want to risk it based on my experience so far. I am trying to see if maybe any of these issues have been addressed in an insider build and if I should enroll this console.

    Does anyone else have these issues often:

    Video goes black like the console is losing connection occasionally. It usually lasts for just a few seconds. I’ve tried different cables, etc. it’s the console. Oddly enough, this is a new issue for me

    Controllers lose connection. I believe many are having this issue and it’s a bit frustrating

    Some apps just don’t work hardly at all. For instance, the Rewards app is almost unusable. It crashes constantly

    Game crashes. I experience a game crash every day. Which game causes it seems to vary. It used to be Call of Duty. Now, every night when I play Rocket League with my kid the game crashes

    Sometimes most of the dashboard doesn’t load. First, I am hardwired and we have very stable internet. Many times after starting the console only the top part of the dashboard loads. It won’t load from my pins down.

    I am trying to figure out if these are mainly common issues that a lot are experiencing or if I should send my console in. I know others are having issues for instance with controllers disconnecting but things like video going in and out worry me.

    EAFC 24 - how do I transfer my game data from Xbox One to Xbox Series X?

    I tried that and still my Career mode progress won't transfer over.

    The system is treating them as two different games as they are listed as separated games in my Achievements list and none of the achievements I got in the Xbox One version have unlocked in the Series X version either.

    I'll see if transferring over the Xbox One version of the game to my Series X fixes the issue.

    Thanks for the reply. The tips you have linked seem to be related to Windows with the teredo issue. Mine is with an xbox series x, I can't perform the steps listed on my xbox unfortunately

    i think i already explained the steps i did it doesnt work like xbox companion

    • Was this working before?
    no the xbox app + xbox series x always worked as trash if compare with xbox one x + xbox companion

    • Recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?
    nop.

    i already detailed everything in original post, it looks like the encoder of xbox app/xbox series x isnt good as xbox companion/xbox one x

    I’m not sure how to reach these settings, but I’m quite certain it is not an issue with my router. My series x has worked for months before now, and all other devices on the network are working, including my Xbox one and Xbox one x. I have been having this issue since roughly the time that my series x last updated, is it possible that the issue is an overlooked bug in the series x OS?
