    I would just like to ask if other was anyway I could get Xbox to let me do another transfer. I was messing around with my account in December and accidentky transferred my liscences. However area days ago my Xbox broke so I replaced it yesterday I share
    my Xbox with my brother and games we usually can both play the games we have purchased but now it will no longer let us play. Could I transfer the. Licences to my new console

    Hi I had a similar issue where I bought a console which was broken. I had to call support who granted me a one time transfer given the situation.

    Please contact support here and explain the issue:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    If they can help or you do not want to wait you will be able to transfer you licence again in 4 months time.

    Hello,

    If you want to use the content offline you will need to do a license transfer from your cousins console.

    Until then, you will only be able to play the content you purchased if you stay connected to Xbox LIVE at all times on your new console. The content will not be available offline.

    As far as you waiting 4 months, that should be fine, I don't see a problem with you doing that, but you'd need to initiate the license transfer from your cousins console.

    Contact phone support and explain the situation to them. They may be able to do a manual transfer for you.

    If you ring support and explain the situation they may help.

    I had an issue where I unfortunately bought a broken replacement console and needed two transfers within 24 hours. Support granted a one time transfer based on the situation.

    If they are unable to help you can transfer your licence once every 3 months however you are still able to use all of your content providing you are logged into Xbox live with you account i.e. you could not play downloaded game offline etc.

    BO2 Revolution map pack transfer

    A lisence transfer only transfers you console lisences for content from one console to another.

    It cannot be used to transfer content from one profile to another.

    Like CISphil said, you will need to use the profile that originally purchased the content to continute using the add-ons.
