Liscense transferring old content to new xbox

Hello, I just recently bought a new xbox 360 console (my old xbox broke). I was using my brother's xbox for awhile and he was using my account. He's young so he was messing with the license transfer button. I asked a couple months ago on xbox support if
there was a way to reset the time. The xbox employee told me there was a way, but told me I needed to wait until I got the new console. So now today I tried asking about it and a new employee told me that there's no way to do it. I'm a bit confused. Please
help. I really want my dlc and games.

Will getting a new hard drive, reformatting it, then transferring all my old content to the new hard drive work?

 

Liscense Transfering Problem

I was liscense transferring games onto my Xbox 360 from another account and encountered a problem. I have never liscense transfered before so I though I should click the button that said listened transfer under the account settings. When it did, it said nothing
was in the pending list to liscense transfer so I clicked "A" which at the bottom of the screen said doing that would "liscense transfer" thinking that it would allow me to choose what I wanted to transfer. In doing so it liscense transfered nothing and now
I have wait 4 months to try again. Is there any way to do it again? If not Microsoft really should fix the problem.

 

You can try contacting support again, but unless the do a manual transfer, you will have to wait.

 

I've asked about 2 operators today and they both say there's no way to reset it. Should I just ask for them to do it manually.

 

Yes. Explain the situation and ask if they can do a manual transfer. They will in certain circumstances, but there is no guarantee that they will.
