Liscence transfer failure

I'm trying to transfer my old account games to a new xbox with my new account.

The liscence transfer went through, i downloaded the games, but they aren't playable? halp

No, you can only play a game on a different console if you sign in on that console.

You cannot unlicense it on your console and give the disc to a friend for example.

Is there a way to liscence transfer games on the Xbox One? Like Xbox One to Xbox One

 

license transfer does not transfer license between gamertags but transfers all license from your current gamertag to the console you are currently signed in to.

so you have to sign in your old gamertag, use license transfer on your new box, then use download history to update all games you want to play (this should not take very long).

this would allow other gamertags to play your games on the same console as long as an internet connection is established.

 

HI, I had an old account that was hacked enabling two step verification, which pretty well stops me from doing anything... The gamer tag on it was zecheriah619 the items I need refunded are any and all call of duty dlc maps and or packs/skins... Customer
service told me you would be able to help... The refund can occur so that this account can redownload this important content... Thank you

 

Ok, first off for future reference please try to not bump older threads. It is better for you to create a new thread.

If you've lost access to your gamertag then you'll need to contact phone support and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket with them.

As for the refund, again this is only handled by phone support.

I'm not sure who in customer service referred you here but they were incorrect.
