Lip sync on Blu-Ray app is STILL an issue.

The audio and video still aren't synced properly on my Blu-Ray app. This is clearly a software issue, because I don't have this issue with the Netflix app or with games. So please don't ask me to tell you what kind of TV I have, it's irrelevant. I've reinstalled
the app about 10 times, now, so that also isn't a solution. Blu-Rays are unwatchable when the audio lags behind. I've had this issue for a MONTH now. Please, Microsoft, do something about this. Don't make me switch consoles.

Serious Blu-ray Player App Issues

There are two huge issues with the Blu-ray Player app:

1. lip-sync issues when the console is set to 24Hz Blu-ray Video Playback.
2. No HDMI audio pass-through to receiver.

The lip-sync issue is quite bad. If I disable the "24Hz Video Playback" in the console System Settings, lip-sync is fine. My HDTV supports 24Hz video, and I expect the Xbox One to properly support this. I have a Pioneer VSX-32 which supports 24Hz HDMI,
and decodes all HD audio codecs (DTS-MA, Dolby TrueHD, etc.) In order for the Blu-ray player app to be of any use for me, it must have these two issues fixed.

I am also having lip sync issues with the blu ray app. I can't watch the movie because I'm so focused on how the sound isn't right.
